General house rules
Employees are obliged to treat the property with care and respect and to observe the usual rules of conduct that the company has in place to ensure peace, order and proper care of the property.
It is the employee's responsibility to ensure that housing and other equipment that is at one's disposal is treated so that it does not suffer damage
Behavior towards other residents
It is in everyone's interest that the residents respect each other so that no one is harmed by the behavior of other residents. This means that employees are obliged to respect each other's need for peace and rest, religion, nationality, etc. The company is authorized to, if deemed necessary, demand that visitors or workers leave the home and property.
Changes in the apartment
It is not permitted to set up antennas on the property or to change the home, such as painting, wallpapering or installing fixed floor coverings, removing or replacing fixed installations.
It is not permitted to attach shelves, pegs and other things to the walls. If there is a need for them, the person responsible for the home should be contacted. Beyond the above, it is not permitted to nail, screw or otherwise make holes in walls. Damage to surfaces must be repaired by the residents and approved by Consolvo, or repaired at the residents' expense when moving out.
Quietness in house/apartment/surroundings
It's o'clock 23.00 on weekdays and 24.00 on Fridays, Saturdays and days before public holidays and until 07.00 there must be silence in the home and the rest of the property. The main door must be locked at night. Everyone who lives in the house is responsible for keeping the doors locked.
Inventory
Appliences and other equipment accessible to residents must be treated neatly, maintained, cleaned and tidied after use.
The rubbish is sorted and disposed of in suitable containers.
If you use Consolvo's pillow/duvet, you must always use sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases.
Maintenance of common areas
All common rooms in the home must be kept tidy at all times. After preparing and eating food in the common areas, the area must be cleaned and washed and dirty crockery must be washed so that it is ready for the next person to eat.
Every month there must be a thorough cleaning of all common areas such as the kitchen, bathroom, living room and hallway. Drains and steam heaters are cleaned if necessary.
Common areas such as the living room, stairs, hallways, bathroom and kitchen must not be used for purposes other than those for which they are intended. The rooms must be kept clean and tidy at all times .
Maintenance of outdoor areas
All residents are responsible for keeping the outdoor area in order. This means throwing rubbish into a bin straight away, and not collecting it outside where it can smell, attract vermin or look unsightly.
All residents are jointly and severally responsible for the snow being shoveled and the grass cut. If equipment is missing, contact the company.
Safety
There must be sufficient fire safety equipment in the house at all times.
Alcohol, cigarettes , drugs and other criminal acts
The alcohol intake must not be a nuisance to the other residents or neighbors. Smoking is not allowed inside. All smoking must take place outdoors and the ashes and snipe must be thrown in the ashtray, and not in the courtyard/garden. Always show respect for non-smokers.
Weapons, prostitution, storage or use of drugs are illegal and will be reported to the police and lead to immediate termination of the employment contract.
Who can live in the apartment?
Only workers with special permission from the company given by the manager. Visitors are allowed.
Sublease
It is not granted to sublet the apartment.
