Safety representative

Consolvo has a safety service with a main safety representative, as well as local safety representatives on each project. The safety representative must ensure that the employee's interests in matters concerning the working environment are safeguarded and monitor that conditions in the workplace do not expose the employees to danger. This is to ensure a fully responsible working environment. The safety representatives in Consolvo wears a green helmet.

Worker’s representative

Consolvo has a worker’s representative who will assist the employees in matters relating to working conditions. The worker’s representative participates in the annual local wage negotiations in Consolvo, and also helps to determine the content of the local Special Agreement in Consolvo. The shop steward can also assist the employees in individual matters such as conflicts or personnel matters if desired.
