How to set up Outlook on iPhone

• Go to settings on your phone. Click on Accounts and Passwords - Add account - Select Microsoft Exchange .
• Enter your email address, click next and select Sign in
• Enter your password on the next page and click Log in
• You are now asked to approve the login request ( MultiFactorAuthentication )
• Enter the code received by SMS and click on Check
• The phone shows items in Exchange that can be synchronized - select the desired items (E-mail, Contacts etc.) and click on Archive
• The phone now downloads mail , contacts and calendar etc. as selected above, after the security policy is activated and you have set a lock code of at least 4 digits if you do not have this from before

 How to set up Outlook on Android

The information may differ somewhat for different phone types and different versions of Android. You must use the Outlook app from the Google Playstore . 
Download it if you don't already have it. And select Add account in this.

• Enter your email address and click Continue
• Enter your password on the next page and click Log in
• You are now asked to approve the login request ( MultiFactorAuthentication )
• Enter the code received by SMS and click on Check
• The mail is now downloaded in the Outlook app

Change account information (e.g. when changing passwords)

• Go to folder view in the mail app, click the settings gear.
• You cannot change your password in the Outlook app
• Log in to your account via https://me.afgruppen.no
• Change your password
• The Outlook mobile app will detect the change and you will be prompted to sign in again with the new password
